Florida State transfer running back Rodney Hill decommits from Florida A&M
Former Florida State Seminoles running back Rodney Hill entered the transfer portal shortly after the conclusion of the 2023 regular season, finding a new home at FAMU, or so we thought. On Monday, Hill revealed that he was rescinding his commitment to the Florida A&M Rattlers and would continue his search for a new home for the 2024 season. The former Seminoles running back did so from his social media account this message.
“After much consideration, I would like to announce I have decided to reopen my recruitment in the transfer portal. I look forward to finding a new home soon,” said Hill via X.
As a high school prospect, Hill played his high school football for Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, Georgia). He was rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 506 overall player in the country, according to the On3 Industry Rankings for the 2022 cycle.
