Former Old Dominion wide receiver Javon Harvey commits to Texas A&M

After entering the NCAA transfer portal, former Old Dominion wide receiver Javon Harvey has committed to Texas A&M.

Harvey spent the first four years of his career with the Monarchs, recording 70 catches for 1,063 and seven touchdowns in the past three seasons after redshirting as a freshman. He’s appeared in 34 games and made 23 starts in his career for Old Dominion.

Harvey played high school football at Norfolk (VA) Lake Taylor, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 2,842 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
