Former Ole Miss Rebels defensive end Demon Clowney commits to Charlotte

Former Ole Miss Rebels defensive end Demon Clowney is out of the transfer portal and has selected a new home. The sophomore announced on his social media account that he has committed to play football next season for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Clowney has seen snaps over the past three years for the Rebels. In total, he’s accumulated 10 tackles and two sacks over his career in Oxford.
Clowney played high school football at St. Frances Academy in Baltimore where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 239 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Track transfer portal activity
The NCAA Transfer Portal, which covers every NCAA sport at the Division I, II and III levels, is a private database with names of student-athletes who wish to transfer. It is not accessible to the public.
While the NCAA transfer portal database is private, the On3 Network has streamlined the reporting process tracking player movement.
