Former Utah State defensive tackle Phillip Paea has graduated and will leave the program. However, he is not done with college football. According to On3’s Matt Zenitz, Paea has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer.

Paea played high school football at Berrien Springs High in his hometown of Berrien Springs, MI, where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 349 overall recruit in the 2017 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Track transfer portal activity

The NCAA Transfer Portal, which covers every NCAA sport at the Division I, II and III levels, is a private database with names of student-athletes who wish to transfer. It is not accessible to the public.

While the NCAA transfer portal database is private, the On3 Network has streamlined the reporting process tracking player movement.
