Georgia Tech CB Kenyatta Watson II enters NCAA Transfer Portal

Georgia Tech cornerback Kenyatta Watson II has entered the transfer portal.

This is Watson’s second time transferring over five collegiate seasons. He started his career at Texas where he played six games in two seasons. He has spent the last three in Atlanta with the Yellow Jackets and appeared in 19 games.

In total, Watson has 21 tackles and a pair of pass deflections to his name.

Watson played high school football at Grayson (GA) where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 155 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He finished as the No. 15 CB in the class and the No. 19 player out of the state of Georgia.
