Tennessee, Washington, Oklahoma to host TE Holden Staes
Notre Dame transfer tight end Holden Staes is lining up his portal visits.
The former four-star recruit tells On3’s Chad Simmons he will be on a visit to Knoxville this weekend, expected to arrive in Tennessee on Friday.
After spending time with the Volunteers, Staes is expected to take a West Coast trip to Washington. The 6-foot-4, 230-pound will be with the Huskies on Monday and Tuesday. He is likely to visit UCLA, however, an official date has not been locked in.
Holden Staes finished with 15 catches for 176 yards and four touchdowns this year. He will be at Oklahoma on Dec. 15 to finish out his official visits.
The Atlanta native is currently as the No. 6 tight end in the portal, according to On3’s rankings.
