Louisville offensive lineman John Paul Flores has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned. He started his college career at Dartmouth and Virginia.

Flores played largely a reserve role for Louisville this year, but got the start in the Holiday Bowl against USC. He was a starter at Dartmouth during his time with the Big Green, and he made five starts during his lone season with Virginia before making his way to Louisville.

John Paul Flores is the latest Cardinals player to enter the portal. As of Thursday evening, 18 Louisville players transferred. However, Jeff Brohm has again been hot on the recruiting trail, helping UL bring in the No. 2-ranked transfer class so far this cycle, according to the On3 Team Transfer Portal Rankings. The group of newcomers includes former South Alabama wide receiver Caulin Lacy, who ranks No. 34 in the On3 Industry Transfer Rankings.

Louisville put together an impressive season in Brohm’s first year as head coach, finishing 10-3 overall. The Cardinals’ appearance in the ACC title game was their first in program history.
