South Carolina transfer wide receiver Juice Wells will not be visiting Texas this weekend, a source tells On3.

Earlier Friday morning, On3 reported the wideout would be making a stop on campus this weekend. Those plans have since changed. The visit could be pushed back to next weekend, but that is uncertain, according to Inside Texas’ Bobby Burton.

The 6-foot-1, 204-pound wideout dealt with injuries throughout this fall, playing in just two games and tallying three catches for 37 yards and a touchdown. He was one of the top wide receiver threats in the SEC in 2022, pulling in 68 catches for 928 yards in his first year in the league.

Ole Miss has also emerged as a major player in his recruitment over the last 24 hours, along with Oregon. One of Juice Wells’ good friends is former Longhorn Diamonte Tucker-Dorsey, who transferred to Austin from James Madison.
