Washington State WR Kyle Williams expected to enter transfer portal
Washington State wide receiver Kyle Williams is expected to enter the transfer portal, a source tells On3.
In just one season with the Cougars, the former three-star recruit posted 61 catches for 843 yards and six touchdowns.
Williams transferred to Washington State last offseason, leaving UNLV for the Pac-12. A three-year starter at UNLV, he was the Mountain West Freshman of the Year in 2020. Williams had 117 catches and nine touchdowns in those three seasons, averaging 13.4 yards per catch. He had 25 career catches of at least 20 yards.
Williams is another key member of Washington State’s roster to hit the portal. Quarterback Cam Ward is one of the top quarterbacks available on the market and receiver Josh Kelly recently committed to Texas Tech.
