Liberty wide receiver CJ Daniels enters NCAA transfer portal

Liberty wide receiver CJ Daniels has entered the NCAA transfer portal.

Daniels is a fourth-year player with the Flames who is coming off a monster season, having logged 55 catches for 1,067 yards and 10 touchdowns during the 2023 campaign.

In four years, Daniels has racked up 106 catches for 1,954 yards and 21 touchdowns. He has also served as an occasional punt returner.

Prior to enrolling at Liberty, CJ Daniels was a three-star prospect and the No. 2,396 overall recruit in the country in the 2020 recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.

He also checked in as the No. 353 receiver in his class and the No. 226 overall player in the state of Georgia, hailing from Lilburn (GA) Parkview.
