LSU offensive tackle Zalance Heard expected to visit Oklahoma, Tennessee

LSU transfer offensive tackle Zalance Heard is expected to make his first round of visits this weekend, multiple sources tell On3.

The former five-star recruit is expected to arrive Friday night at Oklahoma before rounding out the weekend by visiting Tennessee. The 6-foot-6, 340-pound true freshman played in every game this season for the Tigers. A top-25 prospect in the 2023 cycle, he was not with LSU when it played Wisconsin in the ReliaQuest Bowl on New Year’s Day.

Tennessee has been targeting an offensive lineman in the portal, also making a run at North Carolina transfer Diego Pounds. The Sooners are also in need of an offensive tackle after Cayden Green entered the portal and later committed to Mizzou. Zalance Heard has also been in conversations with Ole Miss, sources tell On3.
