Former Indiana offensive lineman Matthew Bedford has committed to Colorado, he announced on social media. He is the latest offensive line prospect to choose the Buffaloes as Deion Sanders looks to overhaul that unit.

Bedford started 28 of his 29 appearances during his career at Indiana, doing so at every position on the offensive line except center, and came in as the sixth-highest graded offensive lineman in the Big Ten in 2023, according to Pro Football Focus. He joins fellow lineman Kahlil Benson as Hoosiers who have committed to Colorado.

The Buffaloes now have eight commitments out of the portal so far this cycle, including six offensive linemen. That includes former Houston lineman Tyler Johnson — the No. 2-ranked interior offensive lineman to hit the portal so far this cycle, according to the On3 Industry Transfer Rankings.

Matthew Bedford played high school football at Cordova (TN) High School, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 820 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
