Former Wisconsin OL Nolan Rucci commits to Penn State

Former Wisconsin offensive lineman Nolan Rucci committed to Penn State. He entered the NCAA transfer portal on January 4th.

There is not too much experience on Rucci’s resume, only playing in five games during his time in Madison. Rucci took a redshirt year as a freshman and after being projected as a tackle coming out of high school, he moved to the interior.

As a member of the Class of 2021, Rucci was a five-star recruit out of Lititz (Penn.) Warwick, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 1 overall prospect in the state, the No. 4 offensive tackle in the class and the No. 18 overall prospect in the class.
