Oklahoma transfer DB DJ Graham II commits to Utah State
Oklahoma transfer defensive back DJ Graham II found his new home in the transfer portal on Friday night. He committed to the Utah State Aggies. Graham announced the move on social media, via his Twitter and Instagram pages.
He didn’t play in 2023 due to an injury. During his three years with the Sooners, he played in 28 games, starting in 12 of those. He racked up 72 total tackles, two interceptions, and a forced fumble.
Graham went viral in 2021 for his spectacular interception against Nebraska. Graham made a spectacular one-handed grab against the ‘Huskers, turning heads across the country.
He played his high school football at Keller Central (Keller, Texas), where he was ranked as the No. 397 overall prospect in the country in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings. A dynamic player on the offensive side of the ball, he racked up more than 2,000 receiving yards in his high school career.
When he chose the Sooners out of high school, he picked them over offers from Baylor, Georgia, LSU, and Ohio State.
