Oregon transfer DB Cole Martin commits to Arizona State
Former Oregon Ducks defensive back Cole Martin has decided to commit to transfer to Arizona State, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Friday.
“The ability to be at my second home with my siblings, which allows them to come to games easily, while being mentored by coach DeWayne Walker, and having the opportunity to turn this program around … led me to my decision. Let’s turn Tempe up,” Martin wrote.
Moreover, Fawcett pointed out that the 5’10, 180 pound defender will have 3 years of eligibility remaining after joining the Sun Devils.
Cole Martin ranked as the No. 216 player according to the 2023 On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 8 athlete and the No. 4 player in the state of Arizona.
