Purdue tight end Garrett Miller enters NCAA Transfer Portal

Purdue Boilermakers tight end Garrett Miller is now looking for a new college football home. On Thursday, On3 learned that Miller had entered into the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Miller, now a senior, has spent the entirety of his collegiate career at Purdue. However, he did not play in two of the five years he was with the Boilermakers. Miller redshirted his freshman season and missed the entirety of the 2022 season rehabbing from a knee injury.

Last season at Purdue, Miller put together a decent season, recording 30 receptions for 243 yards and two receiving touchdowns. His best game of the season came against Minnesota in November when he recorded six catches for 65 yards and one of these two touchdowns.

Miller played high school football at Round Rock High in Round Rock, TX, where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 992 overall recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
