Report: Florida transfers Scooby Williams, Jaydon Hill to visit Texas A&M

A pair of Florida transfers plan to visit Texas A&M, according to a report from 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz.

Florida linebacker Scooby Williams and cornerback Jaydon Hill are expected to visit the Aggies this week after entering the NCAA transfer portal in recent days. Both have a considerable amount of college production.

Williams emerged as a major contributor for Florida in 2023, recording 53 tackles, 4.0 tackles for a loss, a sack and two forced fumbles.

Hill, meanwhile, has logged 88 career tackles, including 5.0 tackles for a loss, 2.0 sacks, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions and 18 passes defended.

Both have an obvious connection to Texas A&M in the form of assistant coach Sean Spencer, who was fired by Florida in December but landed on new Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko‘s staff shortly after.
