Temple RB Darvon Hubbard enters the transfer portal

Darvon Hubbard, a running back at Temple, has reentered the transfer portal.

Hubbard started his collegiate career at Texas A&M before spending the past two seasons with the Owls.

In total, Hubbard has rushed 138 times for 622 yards and five touchdowns. Most of that came during his time in Philadelphia as the team’s leading rusher this past season with career-highs of 412 yards and three scores on 83 carries.

Hubbard played high school football at Willow Canyon (AZ) where he was a three-star prospect. He was the No. 465 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He finished as a Top-50 RB in his class and the No. 11 player out of the state of Arizona.
