The transfer portal is like a living organism at this time, shape-shifting and moving by the minute. One player commits, and another goes in; it is a vicious cycle that should last until May 1. May 1 is the last date players can put their name in the transfer portal and not be penalized by sitting out a season.

It is not yet May 1, so On3 is here to make things as easy as possible to navigate. It is 7:30 PM EST on April 30. Here is version 2.0 for power forward rankings in the transfer portal.
