UCLA safety Kamari Ramsey intends to enter NCAA Transfer Portal

The UCLA Bruins defense keeps taking hits left and right. Just after defeating USC in Week 12, UCLA lost their defensive coordinator to their crosstown rival. And now they are losing safety Kamari Ramsey to the NCAA Transfer Portal.
