USC center Arrinten Page commits to Cincinnati out of transfer portal
USC center Arrinten Page has committed to Cincinnati out of the NCAA transfer portal, On3 has learned.
A former superstar recruit, Page didn’t quite make the impact he probably envisioned during his freshman season with the Trojans, but there is significant potential for the Bearcats to work with. After all, you can’t teach 6 foot 11.
Arrinten Page contributed 3.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per game this season, while appearing in 27 games with four starts. He averaged 10.7 minutes per game.
In addition to the scoring and rebounding, Page flashed the potential of being a dominant rim protector. He had nine blocks, while he also chipped in 10 assists and eight steals during his freshman campaign.
With a coaching change in store at USC after Andy Enfield bolted for the SMU job, Page decided to enter the NCAA transfer portal to seek a new opportunity.
Cincinnati obviously felt like he had something to contribute, taking him in.
Prior to enrolling at USC, Arrinten Page was a four-star prospect and the No. 57 overall recruit in the 2023 recruiting class, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.
He also checked in as the No. 6 center in his class and the No. 5 overall player in the state of Georgia, hailing from Marietta (GA) Wheeler.

Cincinnati center Viktor Lakhin enters transfer portal
One of the reasons Cincinnati was looking for help in the frontcourt is the impending departure of center Viktor Lakhin. He entered the transfer portal on April 2.
The 6-foot-11 junior had varying results with Cincinnati but chipped in some quality numbers over the past two seasons.
Lakhin averaged 9.2 points and 6.0 rebounds, to go along with 1.7 assists, during his junior season in 2023-24. The year prior he actually averaged 11.6 points and 7.1 rebounds per game.
His departure left room in the frontcourt, and Page should help soak up some of those minutes going forward.
