Vanderbilt quarterback Ken Seals has committed to TCU out of the NCAA transfer portal.

Seals announced the news of his transfer on his Twitter account.

The veteran quarterback spent four years at Vanderbilt, sharing time as a starter when healthy. He started 22 games while with the Commodores, so he’s got a decent amount of experience.

In total, Seals threw for 4,292 yards and 28 touchdowns while with the Commodores, throwing 22 interceptions in the process. So turnovers will be a point of emphasis at his next step.

Seals also ran for three scores.

Prior to enrolling at Vanderbilt, Ken Seals was a three-star prospect and the No. 483 overall recruit in the 2020 recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings.

He also checked in as the No. 35 quarterback in the class and the No. 65 overall player in the state of Texas, hailing from Weatherford (TX) Weatherford.
