Armstrong took a step back this year, however, under new Virginia coach Tony Elliott, posting just 2,210 passing yards and seven passing TDs with 12 interceptions.
Oklahoma State and Wisconsin are both replacing their starting QBs. Oklahoma State’s Spencer Sanders and Wisconsin’s Graham Mertz both recently entered the transfer portal.
