Kyle Kelly joined On3 and Blue & Gold to cover Notre Dame football recruiting in February 2023. Kelly previously covered Notre Dame for Inside ND Sports on the Rivals Network. He obtained his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School in August 2022 and is also a John Carroll University graduate. Kelly is originally from Toledo, Ohio.
