Smoked a turkey breast and a Turkey roast early this morning. Let ‘em rest for about an hour and then sliced them. Put them in a crock pot and poured my gravy over the top. Got them on warm until we head to the BIL for mid afternoon lunch. OT. Presto makes a crock pot thats insulated and looks like a small plastic cooler. The liner is more like a deep casserole dish rather than a pot. Lid locks on for transport, has a handle for carry, and the cord retracts into the base. If you tailgate or carry food it’s the greatest thing I’ve ever found. I liked it so much that I bought a second one in case they discontinued them.

Happy Thanksgiving from North Austin, on the outskirts of Leander. This may be the worst football Thanksgiving I have ever seen. I am watching the Bears get destroyed by the best team in the NFL today, and my Mississippi State Bulldogs get crushed by * the team we never say* tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving erry body. I spend waaaay too much 'quality' time on here everyday, and I'm grateful it's still around so I can continue helping DS buy new larger screen TVs every quarter. Go Dogs and 17 ole miss.

At least the Bears made it close, losing 23 to 20. Hopefully, they lost their coach when they boarded the plane back to Chicago. Honestly, that was the stupidest thing I've ever seen, with 30 seconds left in the game and a timeout.
