Jets-Vikings on NFL Network now from London. 10-0, Vikings, nearing the end of the 1st quarter. Rodgers just threw a pick-six. Rip Van Ginkel with the pick. Horrible throw by Rodgers.

Still 10-0. The Vikings failed on a 4th-down conversion (incomplete pass). Then the Vikings stuffed the Jest on a 4th down and 2.

17-0, Vikings. Three penalties on the Jest secondary in the red zone (two PI’s trying to defend Jefferson, one holding trying to keep up with Addison).

The Jest have issues.

The Jest get on the board 36 seconds before halftime. Rodgers to Lazard in the end zone on 3rd and 10 in the red zone. It was set up by a penalty-laden Vikings possession that afforded the Jest good field possession after a punt.

Start of the 4th quarter, 17-10, Vikings. Momentum shift in the 3rd quarter. The Jest were saved by a Vikings roughing the punter penalty. That led to a Jest field goal to make it a one-score game.

The don’t-give-a-sh|t here is clear.

I have to wonder what Rodgers did to piss off the Jets OL the way he seemingly has.

Watching Rodgers gimp around reminded me of one of my favorite students. He was the quarterback on our D3 team and I once mentioned to him that he must be pretty sore on Sundays after a game. “You have no idea.”
