I don’t want to hear anything about nonconference schedules either. S.Carolina played Wofford today. Where TF is Wofford? Tennessee played UTEP. Clemson played The Citadel. UGA played UMass. Bama played Mercer last week.

Herbie and Fowler said this was Oklahoma’s first FBS opponent win since September. 😳

Add Oklahoma to the list also. They played Maine this year. I didn’t even know Maine had a football team.

Pretty sure it was actually called as illegal touching (from what I’ve seen online, plus that carries the loss of down)…sounds like they called that the WR was covered up in the formation, which makes him an ineligible receiver on the play.
That was the call. Williams was on the LOS flanked by receivers on either side who were clearly off the LOS. The flag was thrown after the ball was thrown and close to being caught. Totally bogus.

If it’s illegal touching though, that’s when they’d throw the flag (but the guy outside him was obviously off the line). It was a bad call, but the timing of the flag is correct.

A & M loses to 4-6 Auburn in 4 OTs. I think the SEC downward spiral today probably solidified a PSU home playoff game should PSU win next week.

Something you don’t see every day…

UCLA kicked off from their 5 yard line to start the second half after 3 personnel fouls heading to halftime.

I was the PA announcer for a JV game once where the home team kicked off from the opponent's 20 because of 3 personal fouls on the touchdown play
