I am at a baseball game so couldn't watch. Reading the thread, you would think we were down by 50. Have some faith folks.

Great 2nd half performance by the Gamecocks. Give a big attaboy to Coach Paris and the staff for implementing that 1-3-1 zone defense, which turned out to be the Gators' kryptonite. Meechie with a powerful 21-pt. 2nd-half effort, shooting 9-10 from the field after halftime.....
Ain't that the truth, brother! When we down 10 in the second half, I almost turned it off.
I'll say this about our guys: Nobody can claim they aren't battle-tested. They have worked for everything they have.
Down by about five with ten minutes to go, I noticed a couple of our players in a timeout kind've laughing and looking extremely confident. As if they knew something the viewing audience didn't know.
I guess they knew there was more time left to win the game. They've been doing this for awhile... took me a little time to get comfortable with it because I haven't seen this level of confidence in our men's basketball team (game in, game out) in a long, long time.
Do us the favor Tennessee, of beating Bama. Then. come visit us this Wednesday at the CLA.

Arkansas is up on #16 Kentucky 86-79 with just under 8 minutes to play, in Rupp Arena.....
This team is capable of beating anybody. It's a diverse tough bunch that figures out ways to win even when they're not clicking all the time. It was great to see us comeback from as much as 10 points down and get the win. The last three wins have been huge.
You never know with the NCAA, but got to believe this one sealed it for us to be in the NCAA tournament if we weren't already. Now it's just a matter of seeding with what happens the rest of the way. Love this team and their toughness. Good to have Meechie back in form.

Davis and Wright helped us get over the hump in this game. Both played good defense and the points off the bench defensively needed. But what else can you say about MJ, he just took over again.
Meechie waits until the last three minutes to put his cape on. It's becoming a very nice pattern.
MEECHIE with back to back 20+ pt games. That’s big. Hopefully he’s getting his groove back. Need to get Mack playing well again and we’ll be a problem in the tournament.
Would have been easy to lose this game and GCs have in the past after nailbiter against A&M. Nice to see our GCs beating up on the SEC after being their punching bag for a lot of the time.
