If the transfer portal were a medical pandemic this kid would be patient zero.
The spring portal window opened on 4/15, so there should be a flurry of activity in the coming days.
He must be a grad transfer, otherwise he is sitting for a year. If he is a grad transfer, doesn't have to show that OU (current school) does not have an academic program that is available at the school he is transferring to?
