He’s not beating neither one. If RBY gets more offensive he can major DeSanto.Iowa fans understand ADS got a favorable draw despite the seeding number. They think he can beat RBY but not Fix.
Nevermind. He is 5. My mistake. So, Kem has losses to CStar and Labriola plus the MFF out of B1Gs and he gets the 2? Interesting.
Hasn't philippi beaten desanto in the past?Iowa fans understand ADS got a favorable draw despite the seeding number. They think he can beat RBY but not Fix.
I don’t think RBY gets more offensive vs ADS. His formula hasn’t changed and until ADS changes, why? He’s not beating neither one. If RBY gets more offensive he can major DeSanto.
I’m just telling you their misguided visions on HR.Hasn't philippi beaten desanto in the past?
I love the optimism, but I’ll take the under on that. Think it will be very close again, just win baby! He’s not beating neither one. If RBY gets more offensive he can major DeSanto.
Agree. I’ve seen every match just think RBY can wrestle his match but still widen the gap. I get your point tho.I don’t think RBY gets more offensive vs ADS. His formula hasn’t changed and until ADS changes, why?
Need a ton of bonus points from our better guys. Guys in the wrestle backs are going to be Huge.I already said above that I made a mistake at 184 relying on Mineo’s tweet from earlier. If you look at Berge‘s path assuming he loses to Carr, his most likely opponent in the blood round to AA is Austin O’Connor, the 2020 Nat’l Champ at 157. That’s rough and the 16 seems so hard to justify when Young is 9 and Berge beat him twice 2 weeks earlier. Finally, not to be a complete Debbie downer, but Hildebrandt I think is in trouble with likely matchups, will get Schroeder or McKee in his 2nd consi match, if it’s McKee, that has been Hildebrandt’s kryptonite. I think Penn State did not catch alot of breaks this year. I still think we will win, but do believe our point scoring is going to be VERY top heavy with our big 6.
I don’t think Kem makes it to the finals. I firmly believe his shoulder is injured. So, Kem has losses to CStar and Labriola plus the MFF out of B1Gs and he gets the 2? Interesting.
Ummm. Yes they are. Maybe deacon is a step below but clearly they are.Umm ... Arujau, Glory, and Deakin aren't "lesser opponents."
They've wrestled once, at last year's nationals. 13-5 DeSanto.Hasn't philippi beaten desanto in the past?
Philippi has beaten Fix I believe. They've wrestled once, at last year's nationals. 13-5 DeSanto.
I hope not, that means he will have beaten CStar. The blueprint for beating Kemerer given his bum shoulder has been laid out. He can really only hope to use his incredible defense to score defensive takedowns. He is limited to one side attacks with his good arm...if he gets extended at all, he's in big trouble. I think he loses to Hidlay in the quarters.I don’t think Kem makes it to the finals. I firmly believe his shoulder is injured.
I wouldn't say "solidly"...Brooks got an escape in the 3rd period with a minute and a half left to tie the match 1-1 and then spent :45 fending off an Amine shot to get the takedown with :20 left to win 3-1. Both matches were very close. I happen to think Brooks gets him at NCAA's...I think he likely learned a valuable lesson in the B10 finals. Amine is a tough customer.Don’t like 184 seeding seems unfair
brooks beat amine solidly at duals
Brooks defending champ at the weight
Amine beat brooks in SV
imho brooks 1 amine 2
but I am wearing blue not yellow
Any time guys meet multiple times, the postseason result will count more. Brooks would've been the 1 had he lost the dual and won B10s.Don’t like 184 seeding seems unfair
brooks beat amine solidly at duals
