There's more room in the class.

Where is the obligatory: "I really appreciated my time at Penn State and would like to thank Coach Franklin, . . . blah blah blah?" I guess he wasn't happy with his time at PSU. Or am I confusing him with someone else?

I’m glad he seems firm in his commitment. I was really worried about losing him after our atrocious OLine play, especially in the run game.

Two observations from these visits....

1 - no silly #1 fingers in the air

2 - Drew's mom is a handsome woman
3. Franklin went right to oh-high-ya, and then to visit Nick Singleton and his family as well, to visit the future of the PSU offense. A big priority to try and put together a legit playoff team offense......

4. Lots of visits to come soon with the remainder of the commits, with the early signing day coming up fast. But hope that the offensive staff led by Franklin and Trautwein can visit and close on another top OL recruit for the 2022 class, as the performance of the OL seems to be the biggest issue to overcome to get on an even footing with oh-high-ya, UM and the perennial top 5-7 teams.

Rumors out there that Seider and Florida might be getting back together. It might mean we lose Allen. It would be interesting to see what would happen with the RBs already on the roster, specifically the ones from Florida.

I don't think OU - ie Riley had been recruiting Roye before going to USC.. What would even put him on USC radar as a 3*?

Roye's senior season game film, and the need for Riley to find some olinemen due to him and his new staff's dissatisfaction with the oline recruits that USC was involved with before he became coach as well as the oline recruits he was involved with at OU not wanting to follow him to USC..........

USC only has 4 commits, no olinemen, according to 247. This late in the cycle Riley and his staff must really have to branch out to try and put together a full class that addresses their roster weaknesses, which are likely many.....

Package deal to get Moore who was committed to Oklahoma. Same school St. Frances.
Riley should be able to recruit Moore directly, assuming he had the relationship. If he did not, then BV may be able to get him back to OU.

Would Riley give Andre Roye and offer if Moore said he was staying with OU? Don't players make their own decisions independent of each other? If Moore wanted to be with Roye, he could stay close and come to PSU. The LB from SF appears to be making his own decision, which does not include USC on his list.

Check out this guy. Hudson Clement doesn't have an offer yet but I'd take a flyer on him.

Clement looks decent, but the competition looks pretty bad.

I've been watching the Wyomissing / Central Valley game and the RB from CV, Landon Alexander, looks better to me than Clement.

Alexander is in the 247 database as 6' 0", 180, but looks a little taller than that. Maybe he grew some this past year. Not even any "interests" show up. Might be worth an offer for a preferred walkon....

Believe the coaches went down and scouted Demond Claiborne last weekend in the state semi finals. His team won today.

His team played a school from my region. Could not handle his speed nor the QBs.
