As much as people hate it, getting it right on offsides isn't a bad thing. The beauty of this sport unlike baseball and football is that the breaks are rare so I don't mind the wait when they get it right. What I do not like is when it goes to VAR and the following day they are issuing an apology.

well stated. The game is 90 minutes long, plus stoppage time. Waiting 30 sec. - 1 min to verify a call or to change a call, when the difference between foul or not can be really small, is a non-issue to me.

yet as you stated, if you're going to have those interruptions, then get it right at that time
