I think the scholarships are full so this looks like the roster for 2024/2025. We got a couple of big men but they look like a step down from Wahab. We'll see. Maybe Niederhauser will surprise us to the upside.Torvik has us 61st in the country if Ace returns, and 78th without him. As a point of reference, we finished this year at 75th.
What do you expect from a publication that would write articles regarding the transfer portal entries from the basketball team and routinely mention that it would leave Andy Cristos as A starting player. How dumb do they have to be to realize that that kid was never going to play no matter who got in the portal.Collegian must be a moron magnet. "Storied program?" We're talking PSU basketball, dumschit.

Torvik has added Ace back into our roster, and it should now be finalized. He's got us at 78th in the country right now, and 18th (last) in the Big Ten. We finished last season at 75th.
A year in the system will help the returners get the team off to a better start IMO. The true determining factor is how well the bigs handle themselves to give some scoring/rebounding/defense and can one of the transfer guards step up as a reliable scorerTorvik has added Ace back into our roster, and it should now be finalized. We will be much better than that. Rhodes is too good of a coach.18th in the BiG? Ouch!
I don't know anything about other teams but we were 10th last year and IMO the only major loss is Wahab.
Tony Liebert of Sports Illustrated has us 18th as well.We will be much better than that. Rhodes is too good of a coach.

Below are Bart's projections. You'll see that there is no dominant team, but 18 teams that fall between pretty good and solid. Some of the teams that landed below us last year like Rutgers and Indiana are expected to make pretty big jumps forward.
