the thing I hate is, the Eagles have really screwed up their draft choices! They wont pick until 32 now, so really thats killing them!

Well, at least I won't miss this one like I missed the last one. Last time I was on a trans-Atlantic flight on my way to Tanzania. Took me a while to find out who'd won during our layover in Amsterdam.

@Tom McAndrew , Oren Burks vs Travis Kelce is a matchup that gives me heartburn. See the last Super Bowl.

The only silver lining is that Burks won’t be a game time starter due to injury like last year. He’ll have a full two weeks to prep.
Apparently, the Eagles are #1 at defending tight ends. That must be from before Nakobe Dean went down because it was alarming to see how open Zack Ertz was last week. That cannon happen against Kelce.

I'm sure Andy Reid and Matt Nagy are scheming to try to get that type of matchup.

I think you have to accept that Kelce is going to get some catches. Hopefully, the Birds can limit his yards after the catch, or his being wide open on 3rd down plays.

Let’s hope there isn’t another turf fiasco this year. That’ll help too.

It must be because Fangio rolls his safeties deep most of the time. Maybe DeJean can help situationally.

When they're in man, DeJean is usually covering the slot receiver. When they're in zone, there are so many variables and no one-on-one matchups (unless it's a combination man and zone).
