I am happy for Saquon! It seems any great talent that comes out of PSU gets buried on a sucky NFL team. Like when Kijana got picked by the Bengals. Hack picked by the lowly Jets(I do think he would have been more successful in a different system with a more experienced QB coach, I think the QB coach he ended up with was a first year QB coach), I cringed when Saquon got picked by the vaGiants because they are terrible as well. I always thought he would be awesome behind a better OL in a better system and now that thought has become reality. Hope he runs for 200+ against the Chefs and referees!! :cool: 😁 🤷‍♂️

The sports media truly sucks the big one. Before this injury report came out, they were all tweeting how Jalen Carter may not play because Fangio dropped a few words about him missing practice because he was battling flu like symptoms and there was something going around. The media started sensationalizing those few tid bits and start posting things like the sky is falling for the Eagles. I really really dislike these clowns and don't trued anything anyone posts anymore.

It’s all about clicks and shock anymore. Real journalism is essentially dead in the mainstream media.

Who said he may not play? I follow a number of eagles beat writers on Twitter and none said this. They reported that he was a limited participant but that is it. In fact, kempski just reported yesterday "Carter was sick, but his full participation is a good sign that he'll be 100 percent for gameday."

I think it was more the national media, I think Schefter was one of them. I recall a video clip somewhere as well. It was when Carter was not at practice or missing from media interviews earlier in the week. It was one morning earlier this week and then the injury report came out that had Carter as FP which made their posts seem like a croc of shiite to me. I am happy that they will all be 100% for game day. Saw a post from Derrick Gunn this morning that they were all feeling better today. Its been a long week and getting anxious for game day!!

Re watching the last Eagles v Chiefs Super Bowl on NFL. THE EAGLES are so much better in the secondary now then than. No more Epps and hopefully Maddox let alone Bradberry. Plus I think we are better at DT Joseph and Suh were just slugs. We will see

The Eagles D is significantly better at all three levels. The offense is better too with Barkley compared to Sanders.

The reason I think he starts is out of respect. He sets to start the Super Bowl at age ? 35 long time Eagle etc. rest the other guys and let the young bucks go wild in the 4th

FC: Eagles OC to be named Head Coach of the Saints post game. Several outlets reporting this…..no surprise. Kellen Moore has done a solid job for the Eagles.
