I like the trade. Sucks to give up promising prospects but it's what you have to do sometimes. Plus, if Caba develops, he's still three years away. It's what the Phils needed to do if they want a WC title while the current roster is still productive. Those pieces won't last forever.
But please, don't deal Miller or Crawford.
He didn’t really have a choice but to address the closer role last year. Alvarado reverted back to being unreliable and the guy they got from Detroit was worse. Estevez looked good until the playoffs then both he and Hoffman looked like they were pitching scared. It didn’t work out so he decided to cut his losses. I do agree with you that they need to address it now though. This is a head scratcher. Closer has been an issue forever. Dombrowski traded two prospects for Estevez last year only to let him walk for nothing. Maybe they didn’t like what they saw with Estevez, but why make the trade in the first place? In hindsight, the trade just looks like a “spray and pray” approach.
Misplaced Philadelphia sports fan here in NC - quick question, Am I better off buying the MLB Package on their app or trying to find a stream for NBC Sports Philadelphia?? Or can I even do that?
I know I can get the NBC Sports App but I want the Phillies specifically. Any advice??
I'm not sure if this fully answers your questions, but it's a start.

It depends on how far you are from Philly. If you are outside of whatever geographical area is designated as "Philadelphia", you won't get it.Okay, are there any YouTube TV subscribers out there who live outside the Philly area? Do you get Phillies games live on NBCSports Philadelphia on YouTube TV??
Thank you!!! The MLB package it is thenIt depends on how far you are from Philly. If you are outside of whatever geographical area is designated as "Philadelphia", you won't get it.
Now, you may be able to change your home location in the settings so you get all local Philly stations but then you wouldn't get any channels that are local to your area. I'm not sure if this would work or not. Youtube will know that you don't actually live in that area so it may only be allowed temporarily.
Don't take it as gospel. Assuming you aren't in the Philly area, you may want to give it a try. LMK if you do, as I would consider changing my location. I'd consider following suit.Thank you!!! The MLB package it is then
