Lots of work left and some big decisions for Topper to make-

1- The #1 seed will be a fight to the last weekend given that the Dodgers have a pretty light schedule. The Phillies will have to play on if they covet the #1 seed. It’s going to be a fight.

2- Arguably, the biggest decision Topper will make will be the pitching order. You would think it’s Wheels, Nola, and Sanchez but Sanchez has upside down home and away park numbers and putting Sanchez #2 splits up the RHP’s and puts Sanchez as a game 2 home starter. Given Nola’s place in the org, I think its hard to imagine they push Nola to #3 but this is a big decision.

3- The second big decision is the batting order behind Bryce. There was no way that Bohm wasn’t going to hit behind Harper but all of a sudden Nick is comfortable and productive since Bohm went down. Topper has another big decision coming here.

4- Marsh has had a nice run and Topper‘s last big decision is whether he just goes Marsh and Hays or does he try to max matchups with a platoon or maybe Rojas just late for D.

5- The pen pieces look set with Matt/Kerkering/Hoffman/Estevez. Until last night, Alvarado was rebounding. They are set. When they go 4, Ranger will fill the bill and hopefully he continues to work back.

The marathon finish line is coming over the horizon and then the fun starts. Let’s end this thing in a dogpile.

I'm not a Braves fan but I do respect them being a well-run organization which fields a playoff caliber team every season. I can't say the same about the shitshow from Queens. It's usually a circus up there.

The Braves have a three game series this weekend against the Marlins while the Mets have four against the Phils. If the Phils and Braves wins their respective weekend series, it sets up a big mid-week series between the Braves and Mets. That could very well settle the playoff battle. It'll be fun to watch as a neutral observer who wants the Mets to flame out.

I fully believe betting is influencing calls in games in the field and behind the plate. Friggin ridiculous not being overturned and Phillies should really ***** about this.
Doubtful. Sportsbooks are very tuned into fixing. They can pick up on betting patterns to spot foul play - kind of like catching card counters. Fixing games is very much not in the Sportsbooks interest. If people are going to fix games, it's more likely to happen in events that aren't getting a lot of attention. I'll let @Erial_Lion weigh in.
