PSU was in good position to win Set 3, as they were up 23-21 and serving. Alas, they didn't close it out, as Marquette staved off 3 match points.

On to Set 4

I was surprised that rec hall wasn't packed.

Probably a combination of several things:

- today was the last day of classes for the fall semester
- Monday is the 1st day of finals
- for adults, the match took place at 3:45 ish (30 minutes after the other regional semi ended) on a work day
- for NCAAs, the cost of tickets are higher than during the regular season. I believe it was $20 per for adults, $10 per for kids. Plus in the regular season tickets are free for students, but they have to pay at the aforementioned rates for NCAAs

It looks like other #1 teams in their region have kept their home court logos & colors. Why did PSU switch to a neutral colors w/o the PSU logo?

BTW the crowd at Nebraska is unbelievable.

I'm not enjoying Set #2 so far.
JMO but I think the first set came too easily. PSU seemed to start with their game faces on but then started to laugh, joke around, and lose their intensity after the easy game 1. You can't lose focus against good opponents.

I saw something similar against Marquette a few days ago. PSU led Set #3, 24-21. Set point. The server for PSU had this huge smile on her face, almost laughing, just before she served. Marquette ran off five straight points and won the set, 26-24.
