Sure. Here's what the scoring abbreviations stand for:

VPO = victory by 9 or less where the losing wrestler scores 0 points
VPO1 = victory by 9 or less where the losing wrestler scores at least 1 point
VSU = victory by 10 or more points where the losing wrestler scores 0 points
VSU1 = victory by 10 or more points where the losing wrestler scores at least 1 point
VFA = victory by fall
VCA = 3 cautions during the bout result in an immediate end to the match and victory for the opponent of the wrestler who commits the cautions, regardless of the score of the match at the time of the 3rd caution
VFO = forfeit if the athlete doesn't show up to the mat/fails to weigh in
VIN = injury
DSQ = disqualification before or during the match

Thank you VERY much!

…Is the V for Victory, P for Points, S for Superiority… or are they abbreviations for something else…or in a language other than English?

hmm, that's a good question. I checked the International Wrestling Rules that United World Wrestling (the international governing body of wrestling) puts out for Greco-Roman, freestyle, and women's wrestling, and they just list the different scoring mechanisms that I detailed in my prior post. They don't indicate if they are acronyms or abbreviations.

That’s interesting. I thought he looked good at 49 late in the year but didn’t think he’d be this big already. Guess we can put whatever small chance of 41 in his future out of our minds.
It seems there will be a lot of movement in the lineup next year and it will look much different from this year. Some guys apparently have already outgrown their previous weights.
