Probably more of a function of the WRs than the QB.
And he's going to be 24 years old in September. He's the equivalent of 2022 Sean Clifford.
If the rules don't change between now and next season he's out of eligibilty.
Meanwhile, Franklin has never taken a QB from the portal. Allar returns next season for his third year as PSU’s starting QB. Allen and Singleton will each return for their fourth year at PSU. This is why we’re in this shape. #4.

WRs are an issue as they get separation. real issue is how tOSU gets WRs - just $$$ to pay them?
Rules change every day with lawsuits. Right now, JUCO years don't count towards the 4 year eligiblity. Then this:
