And while you're there check out Credell Calhoun "attacking" Davie Archie in Board of Supervisors meeting today w/ a chair. The city of Jackson is a comedy hit on tv waiting to happen

Yes it is sad. A couple of weeks ago Andy Gipson at the Mississippi Farm Bureau state convention said that there was a “narrow path to victory”. Don’t know if that has changed or not.

Maybe a reality show is the answer

A "narrow path to victory" against whom? The bank that they are suing for fraud?

A path to the farmers getting their money. What that entails I don’t know. He didn’t elaborate.

Additional update. The Department of Ag has filed a motion to revoke their grain license. If they do that then the grain elevator would have to officially shut down and liquidate. Right now they are still operating and that’s what the bank wants so that they can proceed with bankruptcy. If they liquidate then the farmers stand more of a chance of getting something out of this. I’m guessing this is the narrow path that Gipson stated a couple of weeks ago.
