I’m willing to bet we have seen the last presser appearance by that idiot SAC. Never seen anything like that. Obvious she is a political hack.
It’s pretty obvious the FBI spokesperson was just not a good communicator at all. I’m sure she probably was supposed to say, “We don’t know yet if this was terrorism.” And then went out there and mistakejly said, “This was not terrorism.”

Possibly. But I’ve seen too much of this blatant dogmatism out of certain circles within federal law enforcement over the last few years to give the benefit of the doubt.

I have to tell people all the time they have cancer. I am extraordinarily careful before I do. I make damn sure I have all my T’s crossed and I’s dotted. Telling someone that they have cancer has consequences and is not something you take lightly. I would at least bring the patient into my office and get all of the data before me. I wouldn’t just receive the consult and immediately call them and go “it’s cancer”.

I went to bed last night and this had not happened. By the time I woke up it had happened and the FBI was calling it a terrorist act. Doesn’t feel like they are covering anything up

I get it is cool to hate on the FBI and anything involved with the federal government, but most of the guys working in the FBI are good people just trying to do their jobs.

Can anyone else confirm this reporting?

Explosive devices that did not detonate were later found at the crash site by investigators. Footage showed what may be a black flag tied secured to a pole at the back of the truck, although subsequent clips show a silver coat wrapped around the flag pole. It remains unclear if investigators used the garment to cover-up a flag.

Yep. Coming out and saying we’re investigating it as possible terrorism but we haven’t confirmed it as terrorism is prudent. Coming out and saying it’s not terrorism when Shamsud Din Jabbar drives a truck through dozens of people looks like the political hackery that seems way too common.

The FBI has more than earned the criticism the past few years.
Their spokesperson tried this morning first thing, the tactic they have used for a long time, which is to just speak it so and assume the media covers for them.

By the time you woke up, the tactic failed, due to the guy having an ISIS flag, the truck crossed the border, and he had explosives. Sort of hard for the spokesperson to keep with the term "the event" as she called it, as not a terrosist attack.

I am trying to decide which event to go to on Saturday.... Maybe the MSU basketball game, or catch an youth basketball game of my relative's kid...or maybe I go to an event where an ISIS truck kills a bunch of people... hard to decide which "event"

But carry on.

What he really wanted to say is "we hope like hell this wasn't terrorism" .

If there is a name already released he was on a watch list. Which will make this worse to have let it happen.

That or he was an ISIS affiliated citizen carrying his identification on him***

From the picture I’ve seen of him laying dead at the scene he looks middle eastern.

US citizen. Lived in Texas. Was an HR specialist in the USArmy according to his videos directly on YouTube . But let’s continue with the border conspiracies.
No matter what agenda someone has, they can use this attack to try to further it.

Appreciate your work in the Oncology field.

I have cancer.

And to make your assessment more like this morning is to say a local doctor tells me it looks alot like cancer....but sends me to the specialist in Oncology. When I get there, the spokesperson for the center tells me "It is not cancer".
Only to then later find out I have cancer, after all the facts are in.

So why start me off telling me I don't have cancer, and then to screw with me by then telling me yes it is cancer and we knew it all along but did not want to initially alarm you.

That is the correct analogy of this morning with the FBI.

No matter what agenda someone has, they can use this attack to try to further it.

Or they can simply expect the FBI to be honest with the citizens they work for and not go into CYA immediately.

And that doesn't mean there aren't tons of hard working, good at their job people within the agency. But questions are completely warranted with some of their actions recently and through the years.

What are the agendas are being driven again? I see a bunch of Right Leaning personalities going on about DEI and open borders this morning. Is there more than that?

You don’t always have to call offsetting personal fouls.
