We sucked it up but if you've followed State as long as I have you know we would have lost this one in past years.
I don't recall ANYONE complaining about the UAB game last year when we were thrashing UM and UM to close out the season. There will be ups and there will be downs. Today's effort and outcome have no bearing on the Georgia game or any of the others yet to come. Like everyone I would like to have played better, but we escaped with a win and as Frank Melton would say in 1988, THAT'S the bottom line.
