I dont have the exact workout anymore since they changed coaches. I do know they are like most colleges in doing olympic style lifts, not powerlifting (cleans, snatch squats, etc)...
One thing they were doing I really liked was the drills they do in the sand for quickness. We were doing a carbon copy of this at the HS I coached at here in Shreve.
The difference I found in switching states was the attention they paid to extra flexibilty and drills taken from track sprinters. Most Mississippi schools werent doing this 5 years ago.
