I would be very surprised come September if the 4 highest ranked teams in the Big Ten next year are not:OSU's was gifted a relatively easy schedule by the B1G though, so they have that going for them...they only have Oregon on the road as a new, tough opponent but also have Penn State and Michigan.
PSU, OSU, Michigan, Oregon - in one order or the other (still lots to play out wrt the portal and all, so that could change)
Oregon plays OSU and Michigan
PSU plays only OSU
Michigan plays Oregon and OSU
Only Ohio State plays all three.
Time will tell, but I'd wager OSU would gladly - if they are looking to reduce SOS - trade schedules with any of the other 3.... and that PSU would be the one who wouldn't swap places with anyone else (among those 4)
Tangentially:
OOC, only Michigan plays a top opponent (Texas). A switch from last year, when Michigan had one of the weakest OOC ever - and an odd one out for OSU (who typically play the best OOC games - and who get back to that the following year, when they have Home and Homes with Texas, and then Alabama back to back)
