There's a lot to do in Estes Park and the area but with only two days it will be tough to pick more than just a few places. Also, the weather is forecasted to be in the 20 - 40 degree range with rain projected for Sunday. Here is a web site that might help. Good luck.

Went there two years ago. It is amazing. Depending on your interests, but I would just stay there and eat and drink for two days. But that’s just me.
Walk up and down the main drag to shop for stuff. I don’t know how many stores would be open, because it may not be tourist season.
if you ride down to Denver, go to Stranahan’s distillery. You might need tickets in advance. It’s not bad whiskey.
if you do like whiskey, get the Colorado honey bourbon whiskey from Durango. you should be able to find it locally in CO.

I went for a day or two back in 2012. Amazing place. If you're into breweries the Estes Park brewery is a cool local microbrewery including a "REDRUM red ale". Also Rocky Mountain National park is there with great views/hikes/wildlife weather permitting. Hope you have a great time.
We spent a few days in EP back in June and really enjoyed it. You may not get the full EP experience because a lot of places close for the winter. I believe most of RMNP is closed for the season but if the Bear Lake area is open it is worth hiking to some of the waterfalls and lakes. Be sure to rent some ice cleats from the Fly Fishing shop in town if you plan on doing any hiking because you will need them.
Our favorite place for breakfast was the Big Horn, nothing fancy but down home good diner food. I thought the estes egg was over rated. Other restaurants around town can be hit or miss because of the tourism.
For some beautiful drives take Devil’s Gulch road on the north side of town to Drake then to Loveland and return back to EP on Big Thompson Canyon Road.
If you are coming from Denver head west from Golden and take the Peak to Peak highway to EP. Also stop in Golden and do the Coors brewery tour. Be sure to get reservations online ahead of time.

If you go to Denver distilleries, check out Molly Brown too. MSU chem e grad, and he designed and fabricated the still.
I was gonna say Bear lake area too. Lots of hikes there. I'd say to hike up and get some good views but snow may prevent you from getting too high.
I also would assume the 12k altitude road across the park is closed. If not, it's an incredible drive
Boulder is not too far away - about a 1-hour drive, so you could do a daytrip there from EP. Alternatively, if you're driving to EP from Denver, you could visit Boulder on the way to EP.
