So how does AU get the money to the Newtons? Do they make a sizable contribution to their church and then the church hires his mom as a secretary? Does mom make a sudden career change and go to work at Colonial Bank in Atlanta? The pack should raise the money to put an investigator on it just for ***** and giggles. 17 em', I got $100.00 for the cause. Takers?</p>

You probably wouldn't want an investigation, because if it was a bidding war and you were a finalist, that means you were bidding as well.

And yes, we all do it. I said all last year that I thought Patterson was a bidding war, and we obviously won that one. You have won your share though as well.

you don't want the NCAA sniffing around the Newtons. I don't feel like we were innocent bystanders in this Charlie Foxtrot.

/ We need to drop that idea and get even on the field.

that would be fun as hell. dawgstudent, the hit counts would go off the charts. Look, all 5013C nonprofit organizations have to report doner name and amounts. Wouldn't it be fun just to track the Newtons from their jobs to church affiliations? 17 Auburn, we had him committed and they PURCHASED him. Like I said I am in.

You say AU won a bidding war. Are you admitting MSU got outbid for Newton? I'm just asking based on your statement.

is so damn entertaining and one of a kind. Here's a tip: there's a small independent bank in Dadeville, Alabama that launders money to 'barner football players by "loaning" significant amounts to the players parent(s) regardless of credit history and without security. How and by whom the "loan(s)" are repaid is a mystery but I've been told that Colonial used to purchase the loans. There's your starting point -- the bank in Dadeville. Go get the 'barners and make'um pay for taking y'alls boy.

but y'all need to track it down. Don't let the 'barn get away with this. I heard that Jason Campbell's kin folk all had big loans from that bank.

You guys ask why Newton would go to Auburn over MSU

Reasons why
1. We beat MSU
2. We have a better chance of going to the SECCFG than MSU
3. Auburn has better rbs, wrs, and OL than MSU
4. Auburn has one of the best OC in the SEC
5. Newton wants to play in bowl games which is not the norm for MSU

WDE!
