I m taking the over
Ron
Bill
Does the guy at Carolina count?
Arthur Smith
Mike Vrabel
Does the guy w the chsrgers count?
If it’s 4.5, then Carolina/LAC can’t count since the over would be too obvious

Schefter is saying 7-10 total based on the low number last year. I think the following could be in play depending on different factors:

Raiders
Chargers
Panthers
Bears
Patriots
Saints
Titans
Falcons
Commanders
Green Bay
Giants
Steelers
Seahawks

Not all those jobs will open and there could be a surprise or two as well (Philly?).

Daboll stays. Joe Schoen should go. He's beginning to rival Gettleman for ineptitude.
The problem with Daboll is the hard regression to the mean this year. I agree it’s not the Giants style to be a revolving door at coach, but which Daboll can they plan on going forward?

Batter chance of Saleh going than Daboll and I'm guessing both keep their jobs.

Difficult to judge a coach's ability when the team is reduced to playing a taxi squad QB for much of the season.

Fair, but Danny Boy stunk before getting hurt. One can argue he’s never been all that good, but Daboll squeezed average out of him last year. Which is it?

Jones does suck, but the decision to sign him to that contract was Schoen's, not Daboll's. Giants are stuck with that albatross and who's the QB whisperer that will do better than Daboll?

The Steelers are stuck in neutral. They have an aging defense and no real path to a viable QB. It’s possible that Tomlin and the team mutually agree to change scenery.

The trajectory of that team is moving downward not upward.

Put Siriani into this mix. They stink
The smoke there is getting a lot thicker. Lurie and Roseman have to feel a 10-1 start should finish better than 1-5. And how they’re losing is just an embarrassment. Siriani and the coaches have no answers and it’s pretty obvious they’ve lost this locker room.

What about on offense? The entire team folded like a cheap card table. That’s on the head coach and the culture.

They lost players on defense but not enough that the unit should go from top 5 to worst in the league.

Welll you are wrong. The O has been fine the D lost 5 starters and were not replaced w the same quantity players

in fact if the Eagles were smart they would extend Nick before the wildcard game

The greatest old boy network in the World. Get sacked then lay low somewhere as an O or D coordinator for a couple of years for a million or two and some other idiot hires you as head coach. A couple of years back in the big bucks then rinse and repeat till you’re retired in Florida. As bad as the NFL is, MLB is worse. We all picked the wrong profession.

Or, a qualification for getting a coaching job is being fired from your previous coaching job. Not quite sure if this is an example of The Peter Principle at work.

I don't know. I think teams are as much a matter of the GM than the head coach. If you don't have the horses, the carriage ain't gonna move. Look at a guy like Manny Diaz. Or, in the NFL, look at Belichek or Mike McCarthy. Even KCs Andy Reid. Lots of HC flame out only to go on and be a good HC someplace else.

I’ll buy some of that. But in what other profession can you flame out several times, and the guy that follows you does well, and yet you’re rehired somewhere else. It’s not like there’s a shortage of new guys just as incompetent as the old ones.

Daboll’s got this.

It’s interesting that Wink neither resigned nor was fired. It sets up an odd stand off.
