Turn that end into a great premium seating section with an inside concession concourse accessible from both main sides of the stadium. Holding that end-zone hostage to the Floyd Building is outrageous. Just do something great down there and name it for them, I don't care.

I hate to break it to you but more money helps the more winning side of the argument. Having said that that, I’m totally against anything that lowers the seating capacity of Willy B . The new release on this phase seemed to be talking more about upgrading areas around the stadium. Going forward, sure , do something great with the single deck end zone, but not at the expense of seating capacity.

Almost every game there are a few thousand empty seats across East Upper and South Upper. Has been this way for a decade. Declining attendance is a well documented macro trend too. Exchanging higher value for a small reduction in what is essentially vanity capacity is the right move IMO

Most of those seats are bought up by people looking to resale them at a HUGE profit. All the ticket sites are full of these seats. They would never be empty if they sold them to real fans at a decent price.
