James chose usc over oregon and T™️osu. Not the list of schools I would have expected.

Dad is a huge Buckeye football fan so I imagine he is also.
Dad has been a Nike athlete since he turned pro. It’s only natural the he considered Nike U in Eugene.

Dad is working in LaLa land so he wasn’t leaving town. Easy to have him at games when Lakers aren’t on the road.

I just checked and ESPN has Bronny going in the top 10 of the 2024 draft. (This might be outdated info.)
If I remember correctly, it's a package deal to draft Bronny. His dad already said he will follow his son via free agency to the team that drafts him. Dad's getting up there in age and isn't the player he was 10 years ago, but someone will bite.

That makes Bronny, in essence, a very expensive draft pick. It could also cause an organization headaches, having to accommodate father and son. As you said, someone will bite.
